Facúltase a la Junta Directiva de la Caja de Protección Social de la Policía Nacional para reorganizar los servicios de préstamos a sus afiliados, pudiendo determinar las cuantías, plazos, forma de pago, garantías, tipo de interés y demás requisitos necesarios, dentro de las siguientes normas generales:
