º. Créanse, a partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto, en la planta de empleados públicos de la Policía Nacional, los siguientes cargos: Juez de Instrucción Penal Milita Grado 17 Auditor Auxiliar de Guerra Grado 17 Secretario Grado 10

Parágrafo

La asignación básica mensual y prestacional será incrementada de acuerdo con las normas que regulan estos conceptos para el personal de la Justicia Penal Militar.
