Contraprestación por el trámite de registros internacionales . Cuando los operadores de redes o servicios de telecomunicaciones soliciten que el Ministerio de Comunicaciones adelante trámites o procedimientos para su registro internacional ante la Unión Internacional de Telecomunicaciones, UIT, deberán pagar una suma equivalente a veinte (20) salarios mínimos legales mensuales vigentes y adicionalmente cubrir los cargos que el Ministerio deba pagar ante dicha Unión por ese concepto.
