Cuando no se llegue a un arreglo amigable y sea preciso ocurrir al Poder Judicial, el empleado que represente á la entidad política interesada en la construcción de la vía, cuidará de hacer llegar al juicio los antecedentes creados al dar cumplimiento al presente Decreto. Comuníquese y publíquese
