ARTICULO 58 . ACTOS QUE SE NOTIFICAN. Se notificarán los siguientes actos: el pliego de cargos, el auto que niega la práctica de pruebas, el auto que decide sobre la apelación, la declaratoria de nulidad, los fallos, el auto que decreta la prescripción y el auto que decide la recusación, el auto que niega la solicitud de ser oído en exposición espontánea, y el que niega el recurso de apelación.
