Artículo primer o , Créase el cargo de Ayudante del Interventor Tercero de Rehabilitación, para atender los frentes de parcelación y colonización, con una asignación mensual de dos mil pesos ($2.000.00) y sesenta pesos ($60.00) de viáticos diarios, hasta por veinte días cada mes, cuando se ausente del lugar de su residencia en cumplimiento de funciones oficiales.
