º . Pérdida de la clasificación de primera categoría. El Ministerio de Justicia y del Derecho, mediante resolución motivada, revocará de oficio, a solicitud de parte o a petición del Ministerio Público, la resolución de clasificación de primera categoría, cuando el centro categorizado pierda cualquiera de los requisitos contemplados en el presente decreto.
