Art. 6. ° Lo espresado en los artículos anteriores no escluye la pretentacion de facturas ni de ninguna otra de las formalidades que comunmente se exijen para la introduccion de mercaderías estranjeras por las Aduanas, ni de la aplicacion de las penas consiguientes por infraccion a las leyes del ramo. Tampoco escluye la calificacion en aquellas oficinas, de si los objetos que se van a introducir son o nó de los declarados libres por las referidas leyes
