Cuando la notificación deba hacerse en forma personal a quien se halle privado de libertad en lugar diferente de aquel en que seadelante la instrucción o el juzgamiento, se comisionará a la autoridad encargada del establecimiento de reclusión, salvo cuando fuere indispensable la intervención del funcionario judicial.
