En caso de vacancia absoluta, temporal y/o terminación del período del titular, los Presidentes de la Corte Constitucional, la Corte Suprema de Justicia y el Consejo de Estado, podrán encargar a un interino por un periodo no mayor a la duración del concurso de méritos.
