°. Entrega. Las carpetas de archivo administrativo correspondientes a los procesos judiciales a que se refiere este decreto serán entregadas por el Jefe de la Oficina Jurídica de la Fiscalía General de la Nación al Jefe de la Oficina Jurídica de la Agencia Nacional de Defensa Jurídica del Estado. La entrega se hará caso a caso, mediante acta que contendrá, como mínimo, los siguientes datos

Nombre e identificación del demandante.

Número de identificación del proceso en el sistema e-Kogui.

Valor de las pretensiones iniciales.
