La Información Nacional Unica funcionará de acuerdo al subsistema de Información de Salud (SIS) y deberá comprender la captación o registro de los datos básicos, su flujo y su elaboración o proceso, hasta la generación de la información requerida para la ejecución y evaluación del Programa Integrado de Sanidad Portuaria desarrollado por las entidades incorporadas como autoridades sanitarias.
