El artículo 129 del Decreto 1000 de 1986, quedará así: "Artículo 129. El Jefe de la División de Extranjería del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad, así como los directores seccionales y jefes de puestos operativos, previa autorización escrita de la Jefatura de la División de Extranjería, deportarán del territorio nacional al extranjero que haya incurrido en cualquiera de las causales del artículo 128 del Decreto 1000 de 1986. Las decisiones sobre deportación se comunicarán al Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores para lo de su competencia".
