Artículo único. Legalízanse los gastos hechos por la Habilitación de Pensiones del Ministerio del Tesoro al General Alfredo Tomás Ortega, por razón de la pensión que a éste le reconoció la Corte Suprema de Justicia en sentencia de 30 de abril de 1917.

En tal virtud, se tendrán por condonados a favor del Habilitado de Pensiones, las sumas que, por la causa indicada, pagó al mencionado General Ortega.
