Reserva De Primera Clase

Decreto 989 de 1992 · por el cual se reglamentan algunas disposiciones del Decreto 1211 de 1990, Estatuto del personal de Oficiales y Suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares.

Reserva de primera clase. Para los efectos del literal d) del artículo 201 del Decreto 1211 de 1990, a los soldados bachilleres que hayan prestado el servicio militar podrá otorgárseles el grado de Subteniente de Reserva, cuando cumplan los siguientes requisitos

Excelente conducta;

No haber sanción disciplinaria durante el servicio militar;

Haber sido designado como soldado distinguido (Dragoneante) y ostentar tal distinción para la época del desacuartelamiento.

Parágrafo

El total de Subtenientes o Tenientes de Corbeta de reserva por contingente, será fijado anualmente por el Comando General de las Fuerzas Militares a solicitud de las respectivas Fuerzas.
