En caso de apelación o de desacuerdo entre los miembros de la comisión escrutadora, ésta se abstendrá de expedir las credenciales y remitirá todos los documentos pertinentes a los delegados de la Corte Electoral para que resuelvan el caso y expidan las credenciales que correspondan.
