El recurso de reposición y el de apelación, en su caso, se resolverán dentro de los diez (10) días siguientes al de su interposición. En caso de apelación el funcionario que debe resolverla podrá de oficio, ordenar por una sola vez la práctica de pruebas, si hubiere nuevos hechos por probar, señalando para ello un término no mayor de cinco (5) días.
