Consejo Directivo del Fondo Rotatorio . Para los fines señalados en el artículo 3º de la Ley 4º de 1981 y en razón de la nueva estructura que en este Decreto se determina, harán parte del Consejo Directivo del Fondo Rotatorio del DAS, los Directores de Recursos Humanos y Administrativo, en lugar de los Jefes de las Divisiones de Personal y de Servicios y Suministros.
