Artículo único. Autorízase al Distrito de Cali para ceder gratuitamente a la Nación el lote de terreno necesario para la construcción en esa ciudad de la estación del ferrocarril del Pacífico, y para que, llegado el caso, pueda impulsar y fomentar en la misma forma las empresas u obras públicas que la Nación o el Departamento acometan en el territorio de dicho Municipio.
