º . Sistema de manejo de los recursos. De acuerdo con lo dispuesto por el inciso 4º del artículo 8º de la Ley 487 de 1998, con las directrices y reglamentaciones del Consejo Directivo, el Director ejecutivo podrá contratar total o parcialmente el manejo de los recursos que ingresen al Fondo, mediante encargo fiduciario, fondos fiduciarios, contratos de fiducia, contratos de administración y de mandato y los demás negocios jurídicos que sean necesarios.
