°. Junta de Licitaciones y Adquisiciones . La Junta de Licitaciones y Adquisiciones, o el órgano que haga sus veces, deberá estar integrada en la forma en que lo determine la entidad territorial competente. El representante de los beneficiarios del régimen subsidiado en esta Junta será elegido por el alcalde o gobernador, según sea el caso, de terna presentada por las veedurías comunitarias, o en su defecto, de los beneficiarios de subsidios que sometan a consideración su nombre.
