Este Código entrará en vigencia seis meses después del día en que terminada su revisión e impresión, se haya distribuido a todas las Alcaldías Municipales de la República, en donde se pondrá un ejemplar a disposición del público, permanentemente, para que pueda ser conocido. El Gobierno señalará el día en que ha de comenzar la vigencia, en decreto especial, que se promulgará debidamente.
