De La Ley 53 De 1975, El Interesado Deberá Presentar Ante La Entidad O Empresa Que Lo Vincule, Su Matricula Profesional De Químico, Expedida Por El Consejo Profesional De Química

Artículo décimo. Para tomar posesión de todo empleo público o privado, cuyo desempeño conlleve en el ejercicio profesional de química, según lo descrito en el artículo 2º de la Ley 53 de 1975, el interesado deberá presentar ante la entidad o empresa que lo vincule, su matricula profesional de químico, expedida por el Consejo Profesional de Química.

Parágrafo

Para ejercer como asistente o auxiliar en Química, el interesado deberá presentar ante la entidad o empresa que lo vincule, la respectiva certificación expedido por el Consejo Profesional de Química.
