Negación O Cancelación De Inscripciones

Ley 1673 de 2013 · por la cual se reglamenta la actividad del avaluador y se dictan otras disposiciones.

La Entidad Reconocida de Autorregulación negará, suspenderá o cancelará la inscripción de personas que hayan sido expulsadas de otros Organismos de Autorregulación o de un miembro que realice prácticas que pongan en riesgo los derechos o intereses de importancia de los consumidores o usuarios de los avaluadores, de otros agentes del mercado, al Estado o a la misma Entidad Reconocida de Autorregulación. En estos eventos se deberá informar previamente a la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio.
