Los alumnos de las Escuelas de Artesanos y los Institutos Politécnicos Complementarios, tendrán derecho a que se les reconozca el 60% de la ganancia líquida de las obras que realicen en el taller, y que se vendieren, bien fuere en el almacén o en el propio establecimiento. Entiéndese por ganancia líquida la diferencia entre el valor de venta y el de los materiales invertidos en la fabricación del objeto.
