La suma necesaria para dar cumplimiento a la presente ley, se tomara por partes iguales, del capítulo 55, gastos varios, del Presupuesto vigente, articulo 314, "para material de enseñanza de las escuelas primarias y demás establecimientos de educación de la Republica, empaque, jornales y transportes de los útiles," y Articulo 316, "para propaganda cultural, bibliotecas y otros gastos."
