El consumo de cigarrillo de fabricación nacional, contengan o no insumos importados, causará en favor de los departamentos, intendencias y comisarías, un impuesto equivalente al 100% sobre el precio de distribución, el cual se establecerá conforme a lo dispuesto en el Decreto extraordinario 214 de 1969.

Parágrafo 11

El departamento de Cundinamarca y el Distrito Especial de Bogotá, continuarán distribuyendo el producto de este impuesto según lo establecido en el artículo 3º. del Decreto 3258 de 1968.
