° La Dirección General de Medicina Legal, una vez recibido el anuncio de la vacante respectiva, por parte de la entidad nominadora, procederá a la confección de las ternas a que se refiere el artículo segundo del presente decreto, teniendo en cuenta los méritos académicos, laborales y éticos del personal propuesto.
