Reglamento de Prestación de Servicios . Los prestadores del Servicio Público de Empleo deberán tener un reglamento que contenga las condiciones de prestación de los servicios y los derechos y deberes de los usuarios, el que se les dará a conocer al inicio de su prestación. El Ministerio del Trabajo determinará las menciones especiales que deba contener dicho reglamento.
