El Ministerio de Gobierno ejercerá también la inspección y vigilancia, sobre el manejo del patrimonio de las Juntas de Acción Comunal, así como de los aportes oficiales que las mismas reciban y, cuando sea del caso, instaurará las acciones judiciales, administrativas o fiscales pertinentes. No obstante lo anterior, si de la inspección se deducen indicios graves en contra de uno o más dignatarios, el Ministerio podrá suspender temporalmente la inscripción de los mismos hasta tanto se conozcan los resultados definitivos de las acciones instauradas.
