Ascenso por obras escritas. Al docente escalafonado que sea autor de obras didácticas, técnicas o científicas aceptadas cono tales por el Ministerio de Educación Nacional, se le reconocerán dos (2) años de servicio para efectos de ascenso en el Escalafón, por cada obra y las haya hecho valer para clasificación o ascenso. El Ministerio de Educación Nacional fijará los criterios y reglamentara el procedimiento par la evaluación de las obras.
