Las estaciones de radiodifusión sonora en Amplitud Modulada (A.M.), deberán ubicar sus estudios en el municipio o distrito para el cual se otorga la concesión del servicio y los transmisores y sistema irradiante fuera del perímetro urbano pero dentro del área del citado municipio o distrito, siempre y cuando el ciento por ciento (100%) del área urbana quede dentro del contorno los área de servicios de la emisora.
