Salvo estipulación en contrario, el término del contrato será indefinido pero las partes podrán unilateralmente darlo por terminado en cualquier tiempo, noticiando a la otra parte por escrito, con treinta días por lo menos de antelación. En este caso, el establecimiento bancario devolverá la parte no causada del precio que haya recibido.
