Los funcionarios que por designación de sus superiores jerárquicos, cumplan la función de mediadores, deberán exponer sus propias fórmulas de solución del conflicto, motivándolas suficientemente ante las partes, las cuales podrán aceptarlas o rechazarlas, debiendo ser consignadas dentro del contexto de las actas que se suscriban durante dicha etapa.
