Los Oficiales que presten su servicio en el Instituto de Cultura Militar, gozaran de una primera mensual de la forma siguiente: Los de la Escuela Superior de Guerra, Escuela Militar de Cadetes y de Suboficiales, cada uno $40.

Los de la Escuela de Aviación $ 80 cada uno, como prima de riesgo.
