Definición. Es la modalidad del régimen de tránsito que regula el traslado de mercancías del medio de transporte utilizado para la llegada al territorio aduanero nacional, a otro que efectúa la salida a país extranjero, dentro de una misma Aduana y bajo su control sin que se causen tributos aduaneros.
