Las viudas de los miembros del Congreso y de las Asambleas Departamentales, así como los de hijos de unos y otros, menos de veintiún años (21), tendrá derecho a seguir percibiendo el ochenta y cinco por ciento (85%) de la pensión de que gozaban sus maridos o padres fallecidos, mientras las primeras permanezcan en estado de viudez y los segundos no alcancen la mayor edad.
