Artículo único. La vigencia de las disposiciones contenidas en el Decreto número 1,659 de 28 de Diciembre de 1893, relativas a los cultivadores y exportadores de tabaco en el país, y a los particulares que posean existencias, por mayor, de tabaco del país o extranjero, sin manufacturar o manufacturado, principiará el 1° de Junio del presenté año en vez del 1° de Mayo del mismo. Quedan así reformados los artículos 1°,19 y 20 del mencionado Decreto.
