Con destino a la terminación del hospital que se construye actualmente en la ciudad de Ciénaga, inclúyase en el Presupuesto de gastos de la próxima vigencia la cantidad de ocho mil pesos ($8.000), cuya pago se ratificará en la Administración de Hacienda Nacional de Santa Marta.
