º. Los talleres o empresas que efectúen el blindaje o el acondicionamiento de vehículos automotores con protección antibalas, deberán registrarse y obtener autorización del Comando, General de las Fuerzas Militares, para el desarrollo de tal actividad, sin perjuicio de las disposiciones legales sobre funcionamiento mercantil.
