°. Continuidad de las funciones . Los servidores del Ministerio del Interior cuyos empleos sean suprimidos en el artículo 1° del presente decreto continuarán cumpliendo las funciones y percibiendo la remuneración mensual correspondiente a los empleos que desempeñan actualmente, hasta tanto se produzca su incorporación a la nueva planta de personal a que se refiere el artículo 3° del presente decreto y tomen posesión del cargo, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en las normas legales vigentes sobre la materia.
