El Tribunal Disciplinario estará integrado por 4 Magistrados elegidos paritariamente por las Camaras Legislativas, para períodos de cinco (5) años, de ternas que les pasará el presidente de la República. El Senado y la Cámara elegirán respectivamente dos (2) Magistrados principales con sus respectivos suplentes.
