Obligación de devolver prendas . Los agentes de la Policía Nacional que sean retirados o se retiren del servicio activo, por cualquier causa, tendrán la obligación de devolver las dotaciones de vestuario y equipo que hayan recibido de la institución. En caso de incumplimiento de esta obligación, la Dirección General procederá a efectuar los descuentos a que haya lugar. TITULO IV De las prestaciones sociales.
