Art. 5.º El Poder Ejecutivo por sí mismo, en el caso del artículo que precede o de acuerdo con los socios o accionistas que acometan la referida empresa, señalará las cuotas de peaje, pontazgo i bodegaje que deban exijirse por las cargas de mercancías estranjeras o frutos i efectos del país que transiten por el camino una vez abierto.
