La Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro (SNR) vigilará la gestión catastral multipropósito con relación a los territorios colectivos, territorios ancestrales y tradicionales y en las tierras ocupadas y poseídas ancestral y/o tradicionalmente de Comunidades Negras, Afrocolombianas, Raizales y Palenqueras de acuerdo con lo establecido en el presente capítulo.
