Art 4.º El mismo Poder Ejecutivo queda autorizado para dictar los reglamentos en desarrollo i ejecución de la presente lei, pudiendo disponer para esto hasta de la suma de mil pesos, con imputación al Presupuesto de la presente vijencia, abriendo el crédito correspondiente.
