Régimen de aprovechamiento por concesión. La Autoridad Ambiental competente fijará el régimen de aprovechamiento de cada concesión de aguas subterráneas de acuerdo con la disponibilidad del recurso y en armonía con la planificación integral del mismo en la zona.
