La deficiencia en el valor de las estampillas de timbre, adheridas a los documentos privados que deban llevarlas no quita a éstos el mérito probatorio que les corresponda; pero a fin de que presten mérito ejecutivo y sean admisibles en juicio o en cualquier asunto oficial, es indispensable que, respecto al valor de la deficiencia, se llenen los requisitos expresados en el artículo anterior.
