Evacuación de las aguas. El titular del derecho minero, el explotador minero y el empleador minero, tienen la obligación de evacuar las aguas acumuladas en el interior de la mina y realizar los procedimientos establecidos por la normativa ambiental para neutralizarlas y poderlas verter en la superficie. Igualmente estará obligado a realizar las labores necesarias para evitar que las aguas de la labor subterránea, inunden minas o labores mineras subterráneas vecinas.
