Art. 3.° Los administradores departamentales de Hacienda nacional pagarán los gastos de Lazaretos con las Rentas del Ramo, y en ningún caso podrán aplicar dichas rentas á un objeto distinto, según lo dispuesto en el artículo 25 de la Ley 28 de 1903 y el 6. a del Decreto legislativo número 14 de 1905, 26 de Enero, ratificado por la Ley 8. a de la Asamblea Nacional. Los pagos antedichos se harán de conformidad con los reglamentos vigentes sobre la materia y los que dicte en lo sucesivo el Ministerio de Gobierno.
